Thoughts on sleep.
I haven't slept well in a week and I really feel the difference from when I'm able to get a good night sleep vs not.
I don't have any energy after work to do anything productive and it sucks.
I also realized that it's because it's way too hot in the house so I wake up during the night.
Taking a cold shower right before bed helps a bit, but still not enough. I wonder how well a bed cooler works? Or maybe just invest in a second AC just for my room.
