Day 1: For the past few days I have been super disconnected with myself so I took the opportunity to check in with my body and mind. Today I am acknowledging all the distractions, frustrations and parts of my body that need more love. I started my wellness session with an affirmation card: Do not compare yourself to others, you are unique and that's awesome. 20 Minutes beginners stretch and ended my yoga with an Expansive Breath that helps energize the body, relieves tension in the back/neck and brings in warmth.
