Day 35: 10.03.20
Today I was body shamed. Actually this has been happening to me for a few days in the past week. But it’s also something I’ve heard and processed for a long time. Recently it’s been affecting me more than usual, mainly because I’ve been hearing it frequently or because maybe my emotions are just highly sensitive right now and the moon was full idk. ✌🏼
I started searching for Yoga for “weight gain” and I sat on my mat thinking … this is stupid, I know I’ve grown and have created a place of love for myself. I’m fine the way I am. 🧿✨
I set an intention, sage cleansed myself, my energy and started my sequence. 🧘🏻♀️🌿
𝐘𝐨𝐠𝐚 𝐟𝐨𝐫 𝐔𝐩𝐩𝐞𝐫 𝐁𝐨𝐝𝐲 𝐒𝐭𝐫𝐞𝐧𝐠𝐭𝐡: Focused on creating strength and tone in the upper body and increase overall physical strength. Centring my body with breath is helping me stay on my headstands much longer.
