Nice up time!
Was thinking about doing the same for 6a...
whoa! nice

Up @ 5:50. Went to bed at 2:30. Weirdly, I've been feeling pretty good outside of the initial 30 minutes of brain fog (nothing a shower can't solve) but I'm pretty sure this is due to the 7+ hours of sleep I've gotten over the past week (albeit neglecting early wake time). This is not sustainable.

β˜€οΈ alarm went off, but silently. Similarly to before I woke up and could tell something felt off by the colour of the sky. Worked out alright though cause I needed the sleep. Need to figure out why my alarm does this sometimes.

Oops, message up a bit late. Was up at 08:45, but didn't really fall asleep until real late. At least I got into bed on time.

I went to bed last night around 10:45pm. And woke up at about 7:30am. The day before that I went to bed at 10:45pm~ as well and got up at 4:45am. Hm. Maybe I make up for sleep every other day. I need to try sleeping a lot earlier for a longer period of time and see what happens.

Up (my latest day this week). I think my body is trying to make up rest from earlier wake up times at the beginning of the week. I do not understand enough yet to really know. I can say there seems to be a really big difference between sleeping at 9pm and 10pm. Also waking up early seems to be a bit like Yoga in that you need to stretch into higher degrees of flexibility. It feels like I am stretching my body clock in a new direction.
