At this point in quarantine, I was thinking about getting bangs, but didn't want to fully commit.

I wanted to add a little motion to my illustrations! This isn't my first time using AfterEffects, but it has been a long time since I've used it.

Inspired by the first #DTIYS I posted.

Back to Illustrator! I was more comfortable using the pen tool and pathfinder, and I couldn't find an equivalent on Figma.

I was tired of a laggy laptop after using Illustrator for a long time, so I switched over to Figma to make this.

I made this after watching Teen Beach Movie. I thought I would pay hommage to the music and beachy aspects of the movie. I also learned how to make colored patterns (the dots) in Illustrator (but this made my laptop quite laggy).

This is the female version of the Hot Chocolate Boy from the musical "The Guy Who Doesn't Like Musicals".

I remember that I didn't do an illustration for April 4 :( I was feeling really burnt out at this point.

More perspective art! Inspired by BTS' song "Zero O' Clock" and also the fact that my sleep schedule was at a disasterous state.

This was made when coffee dalgona was trending. I couldn't make it at home, so I thought I would take part by drawing it.

My second attempt at perspective art! This took a lot longer than I expected.

Another #DTIYS. I enjoyed making this one! My favorite part was creating the loose strands of hair.

Not my favourite, but the "liquid in container" idea was inspired by the #DTIYS from March 25

This was a #DTIYS (draw this in your style). I had a lot of fun with this one, but I definitely need to improve on contrast.

More gradients!

On this day, I practiced using the pathfinder tool and clipping masks (mainly to make the lemons). In retrospect, I wish I went with a more vibrant color scheme for this image (it seems pretty dull). Also, I learned other tools (mainly the rotation tool) that would have made making the lemons a lot easier.

This was one of my favourite creations. I really liked the warm, muted color scheme. This was also the first time I used the gradient tool on Illustrator.

I remember this was probably one of the first times I played with perspective on Illustrator.
