Scheduled Journal Improvements

Building off Vin's previous proposal to make streaks/scheduling less mysterious, and more transparent, predictable and trustable.

Streaks can be

• daily
• every n days
• on specific days of the week (eg M,F,Su)
• or not scheduled

New Journal dialog redesigned with scheduled options upfront

• put the most obvious information (name, etc.) at the top
• description character counter at the top of field for more consistent vertical spacing between sections
• the size savings from the above, gives more room to scheduled options to be un-nested, using clearer language that will be also be used when describing streaks elsewhere as well
  • if habits/streaks is a first class citizen on FL (part of it's raison d'être), then scheduling should be more prominent

Streaks history is updated to show the frequency of each streak

It's possible to have a journal scheduled to become due every n days, but if you're posting in it everyday a daily streak is still recorded and presented. This is because building a daily streaks habit is still seen as valuable in almost all scenarios.
