Journal creation before all/daily/… views to imply that these are essentially filters on your journals.

Started with 'All' on the left to teach you about daily assignment and get you used to thinking of Daily as a subset of All. This also solves the problem of creating a journal and not knowing where it lives.

(For power-users who want the fastest possible daily updating, starting with the Daily (second) tab active can be an user setting - similar to how are.na lets you set your start page )

Each journal in the list has inline actions (posting, daily assignment, etc.). This gives regular users to powers of power-users.
