Missed Wednesday because I was driving down to NYC. Yesterday, I did a set of 20 pushups. Today, I had my training session with KJ. All I had was a yoga mat and a blue resistance band. The workout was still challenging. (Each group three times.)

- 20 Squats
- 20 Pushups
- 15 Resistance band lateral raise*
Group 2
- 15 Forward and backward lunges*
- 15 Single leg glute bridge from hands*
- 15 Bodyweight deadlift
Group 3
- 20 Knee to elbow planks
- 15 Side hip raise*
- 15 Resistance band shoulder press*
Group 4
- 20 Resistance band bicep curl*
- 20 Seated triceps extension*
- 15 Alternate leg crunches*
- Once per side
