Worked out with KJ this morning. Penultimate session with him until I leave the home gym.
Group 1
- Barbell squats (10lbs each side)
- Single leg hamstring bridge (from hands)
- Barbell deadlift (10lbs each side)
Group 2
- Side lunges with 20lb dumbbell
- Pushups
- Lateral raises
Group 3
- Single arm rows
- Dumbbell pull over
- ???
Group 4
- 20 bicep curls (10 regular, 10 hammer) with 20lbs dumbbell
- 20 bench dips
- 15 crunches
Amazing how sometimes I don't remember the exercises after. It's really nice to work with KJ and have him make a plan. That way I can just show up and perform.
