Worked out with KJ at the new apartment. Only had a yoga mat and two 15lb dumbbells. Resistance bands are still packed in a box somewhere.

- Dumbbell fly
Group 2
- Pushups
- Glute bridge
- Side lunge with dumbbell
Group 3
- Lateral raise
- Frontal raise
- Pullover
Group 4
- Alternate between normal and hammer curls
- Triceps kickbacks
- Crunches while holding 15lb dumbbell
