Worked out with KJ this morning. Used the ab wheel for part of the workout. That thing is so challenging! Did three sets of ten roll outs with it. My abs are going to be on fire tomorrow morning.
The last couple times I've exercised at my apartment, I haven't worn shoes. Going to wear them on Friday because the support and stability is better, especially when doing lunges.
Need to get back into walking every day. Going to try to head outside in a few hours weather permitting.
