Work out with KJ. We started using an ab wheel on Wednesday and continued today. Very sore and very challenging. Going to try to use it every day.

- Single leg glute bridge
Group 2
- Backwards lunges
- Pushups
- Delt rows
Group 3
- Dumbbell fly
- Pull over
- Hip extension
Group 4
- Alternating regular and hammer curls
- Triceps kickbacks
- 10 ab wheel roll outs
Going to bike to meet my friend, John, later in Williamsburg, then bike back here and go for a walk.
