Group 1
- Squat and press with resistance band
- Kettle bell swings (but with a dumbbell in each hand)
- 25 pushups
Group 2
- Dumbbell lateral raises
- Single leg glute bridge
- Deadlifts with dumbbells on shoulders
Group 3
- Dumbbell frontal raise
- Up and down plank
- Dumbbell bent over rows
Group 4
- Regular and hammer curls
- Dumbbell kick backs
- 20 v sit ups
