Worked out by myself today. Part of the reason I started working with KJ was so I could just show up and focus on lifting things without worrying about planning the exercises. After working with him for almost a year, I feel comfortable planning a workout. I didn't realize how difficult is to workout alone now!

- Single leg glute bridge
- Side lunge with dumbbell
Group 3
- Lateral raise
- Frontal raise
- Pullover
Group 4
- Alternating regular and hammer curls
- Triceps kickbacks
- 10 ab wheel roll outs
