One week. Core power practice. YOU are a lot stronger than you think. Using my breath really changed how much I could handle in the more muscles of my body. In the middle of a targeted core practice, who knew you could learn and love so hard? Towards the end of my yoga, I felt a lot of emotions rising and I had a few tears, just overwhelmed. I took that moment to accept, breathe and share gratitude for my self.

My Favourite yoga pose so far when it comes to resting and letting go. Childs pose, promotes feelings of being nurtured and secure. Relaxes the neck. Stretches the spine, and helps with digestive issues. ✨
