moving quick and strong through these.

it's funny trying too do this before this sleep based 5HTP stuff kicks in.

A lot on my mind so it feels good to run through something like this. One of those nights where I feel like I could’ve done 300 easy. But prioritizing sleep.

100 jumping jacks

Other notes; higher frequency of conversations w friends about running. Doubt anything will happen though.
