Getting way too little hours of downtime. Slipped into a nap this afternoon for 15 minutes an felt immensely good.

Down. Able to make it before midnight Actually feeling tired before midnight every day now – and I'm listening to this signal.

Down. Slowly bringing the average down. I’m doing much better and have a daily goal of before 00:00 now.

Finally got around to finishing the final day of my first meditation course. Feels really great to do that again.

Down. Starting on a low note. One issue I do is delay everything I don’t want to do until bedtime, and then suddenly bedtime’s the perfect time to get things done. Ideally, I’d only be relaxing before bed, and then get straight in.

A lot later than I wanted and a bit unusual in terms of my norm, but needed to take care of some stuff. Let’s see if this public accountability can help me cut into these times.
