⚡️ brought this back today to see what happens. Feeling a lot tighter inside since stopping. Might just take this 2 or 3 times a week.

I'll take this again tomorrow but a quick note to myself to remember to look into general info on cadence with this stuff.

It seems like there’s a bunch of benefits to taking a daily dose of magnesium. I’ll share more as I learn but I like the source it was recommended to me from. I’m curious about it. Let’s see what happens. I’ll take it each morning with my other supplements.
